It’s amazing how Vitamin B has helped me a lot with everyday stress at work. I found that slow release timed capsules have been the most effective. Taking one capsule in the morning made me able to go throughout a busy and stressful day easily and with very minimal amounts of stress.
Since our diets lack foods that are rich in B Vitamins, supplements must be taken regularly to maintain adequate levels. Adequate intake of B Vitamins is essential for good health, proper energy levels and reducing stress-related reactions. Today, most people lack a proper Vitamin B intake, especially vegetarians and vegans. Therefore it is important to revert to supplements.
It is important to note that there are different types of B vitamins, which is why I suggest taking a B Complex containing all of them:
Vitamin B1 (thiamine)
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
Vitamin B3 (niacin or niacinamide, sometimes also known as vitamin PP)
Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid)
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine, pyridoxal, or pyridoxamine, or pyridoxine hydrochloride)
Vitamin B7 (biotin)
Vitamin B8 (inositol)
Vitamin B9 (folic acid)
Vitamin B12 (various cobalamins; commonly cyanocobalamin in vitamin supplements)
