Ginger Root Herbal Tea – Drink the ginger tea when it is warm. This tea is a natural remedy for heartburn.
Honey – Two teaspoon of pure, undiluted, unprocessed and unheated natural honey after eating.
Baking Soda & Lemon – Get a tall glass and put two tablespoon of baking soda inside of the glass. Next fill the glass ½ full of cold water. Then pour one fresh squeezed lemon juice in the baking soda solution. Try to drink this as quickly as possible because it is the fizz and water that will relieve your heartburn.
Pickle Juice – A couple shots of pickle juice has been known to remedy heartburn too.
